When sending photo's / images with your order, please make sure your image are of a good quality at least 1000 pixels and 300 dpi. We can't be held responsible for the quality of the image provided to us.
Please make sure you send a portrait/landscape image for your order. If its not the correct ratio, the photo may be cropped to some extent. We will send a proof before printing so you can give the go ahead

Our items are packaged using hard back envelopes using Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage For A5/A4/A3.
Larger prints are packaged in tubes using Evri Postage Services.
